Yellow Coaching

We enlisted Yellow Coaching to assist us with developing our team through continued growth in our business. We needed our senior team to develop new skills as they were managing larger teams and we wanted to make sure they were productive and efficient, and our teams were focused and accountable. Andrew and Julianne have the ability to simplify and clarify the most complex situations and chunk them into achievable tasks.

Firestorm engaged Yellow Coaching to assist with providing a strategic plan for our business and some staff training on culture, sales and behavioural matters. Our journey of late has been at a rapid pace and Andrew and Julianne ensured that our appointments were held to account, faster decisions were made with an independent person to offer advice on the situation.
