Went into the store looking to purchase bulk hose that is listed as a stocked product on the website. The guy in there fobbed us off and didn't want to get out of his chair when we initially walked in saying he had nothing suitable - when I described what I was after he then took us out back but didn't have the required diameter in stock. We asked if we could get him to order some and no effort was made and we were basically pushed out of the store.

I explained what had gone wrong and they knew exactly what the problem was, ordered the part and fixed the pump on site. Working perfectly now. All staff knowledgeable and helpful.
