Many and repeated staff changes during past year has resulted in numerous stuff ups in getting my accounts, rosters, maintenance and case management needs met. Very poor communication now. Were good. Nobody seems to understand their jobs and expect clients to organise our own allied needs such as aids and physio etc.when we pay a Case Manager.

The most incompetant group of people I've ever experienced, especially their scheduler Christina who can't follow simple instructions and leaves you hanging for weeks because she never gives you feedback, ever. You will have to follow up everything yourself in order to get things done or even to check they've actually done something. The high rate of staff turnover doesn't help with continuity either, I never knew from week to week who my case worker is for consultation. My request for a power scooter for social support sat on the desk of Cheryl for 3 weeks until I rang to see what was going on

Home Care and Assistance are the best Service providers for anyone whom I on a Home Care Package regardless of which level as well as individual needs. They provide an extensive range of services and most of all they provide such services based on individual needs and requirement delivering a customised program. They are professional, friendly and they actually care. I fully recommend this business for anyone on a HCP level 1 or 4. They are the best

It is the best choice and the best decision I have ever made in my life, choosing the Home Care Assistance in Southport, Gold Coast, they are very accommodating and helpful., very prompt in replying and provide your needs. Assisting and organising home maintenance and modifications, providing a carer that meet your needs appropriately. this was done by Jourdan who I first met and organized from the beginning and now Christina. Michelle is very approachable and accomadating and very cheeerful, happy enough to listen. I highly recommend this organization without hesitation.

At the beginning of this year I interviewed several care companies searching for help with my mum who is totally dependant every day.
Mum was quite resistant to the idea of having strangers coming in to her home, she felt very uncomfortable, but I was desperate at the same time
feeling guilty. When speaking with Jourdan as we discussed HCA & their
policies, prices, priorities I felt that this was the right company for my mum & I. The interest in my mums needs & her fears were clearly important, which put me at ease making this new journey a little easier. From the 7th March we have received
