Osteopathy

Osteopaths treat clients across the lifespan. They provide effective pain relief for low back pain, neck pain, pain arising during and after pregnancy, headaches, shoulder pain, arthritis and more. Physical assessment which may include observations of movement, range of motion testing, orthopeadic testing and neurological testing.
Massage

Remedial massage works to release built up tension in the muscles. Treatment aims to improve joint range of motion, soften tight muscles and reduce pain. Our massage therapists can target any specific problem areas that you may have. The depth or "pressure" used is varied depending on the region, degree and type of pain that the client is experiencing as well as the clients preferred pressure.
Pregnancy Massage

Pre- and post-natal massage can assist with the many physical and emotional changes that occur during and after pregnancy. A combination of long, flowing strokes and deeper strokes are used to treat common muscular tensions, such as neck pain, headaches and lower back pain, often experienced as a result of pregnancy and breast feeding.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Impairment of the lymphatic system can occur due to an inherited genetic condition or more frequently following surgery and trauma associated with cancer treatment. The main symptoms include swelling and a range of other physical symptoms (e.g., heaviness, tightness, tingling, pain). All lymphedema treatment, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, aims to alleviate symptoms, prevent progression, and reduce risk for skin infection.
