We ordered about 100 square metre turf and as you can see in the photos most of the turf that we got were already yellow and almost dead! They did not look fresh at all! A very unhappy customer.

Been trying to order a small qty of 30sqm to match up existing grass ordered for over 7 months. Called back every single time i am told only to miss out on stock. Absolute joke! How about implementing a simple booking system!

When I first placed my order for our turf, I was extremely happy, the guy on the phone was helpful and friendly!... That all ended with the delivery driver who was so rude and arrogant, so much so that even my 4 year old asked why he was so mean... when I called up to complain, the lady I spoke to on the phone basically attacked me herself and pretty much said it was my fault. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company based on their lack of customer service and their idea of "helping" being to belittle their customers.
