Elizabeth and her team are absolutely wonderful!! I had my engagement ring redesigned and Elizabeth took all the time needed to make sure my ring was perfect. Nothing was any trouble and Elizabeth kept me informed throughout the whole process. Elizabeth is also a licensed valuer. The other ladies in the store, Diane in particular, are also wonderful, helpful and friendly.
