Services
Sand Finish Render
Sand finish render combines sand, cement, and lime to create a durable, textured exterior. Ideal for rough surfaces like brick or concrete, it offers a clean, elegant facade that enhances property aesthetics. Our team ensures sharp lines and even finishes, providing a cost-effective solution for modern homes in Perth's climate.
Acrylic Texture Coating
Acrylic texture coating offers superior flexibility and water resistance compared to traditional renders. Applied over render coats, it reduces cracking risks and withstands Perth's variable weather. Available in multiple colours, it eliminates the need for additional painting, delivering a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish for contemporary properties.
Internal Float & Set
Internal float and set involves applying cement layers and plaster for smooth, hardwearing walls. Suitable for new builds or renovations, this method creates a premium base for paint or decorative finishes. We use high-quality materials like Multifinish or Prorock to ensure durability and a flawless end result.
Rendering Repairs
Our rendering repair service addresses cracks, holes, and water damage to restore walls to their original condition. Using techniques that blend seamlessly with existing surfaces, we ensure repairs are undetectable. Minor works can be quoted instantly via photo submissions for client convenience.
Painting Services
Complementing our plastering work, we offer painting services to enhance durability and aesthetics. From acrylic textures to top coats like Dulux Acteatex, we provide cohesive solutions that protect surfaces while achieving the desired visual appeal for residential and commercial properties.

We engaged Shay and George to render our house and we are completely delighted with the results. Their workmanship is of the highest standard and their professionalism was equally commendable. Our house which was looking tired and dated looks brand new, :). We strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to be sure that they get a top quality job done without any hassles whatsoever.
