The course was well put together, both online and face to face components. instructor was informative and great to deal with. plenty of nearby parking at the Fyshwick venue. most importantly this course has given me the knowledge and confidence on how to respond in the event of an emergency

Not having updated my first aid certification in at least five years, I was a bit nervous about the large amount of material being covered. However, after attending my assessment session not only do I recall what I previously learnt, I was also updated with current first aid practice and walked away with complete confidence in my ability to deliver first aid if required.

Canberra First Aid has been my only provider for doing and renewing first aid. They are just amazing. Place is clean and easy to access, the booking was quick and they have lots of flexibility with the time. The tutor was amazing, and I got to practice all the theory in class. When I needed to complete my CPR certification quickly, Canberra First Aid were the first people I went to! I loved the hybrid teaching mode which allowed me to complete the theory online prior to the practical assessment. The day of the exam was very straightforward as the team talked us through the process very clearly and it was a very relaxed, warm atmosphere. I would go back in a flash :)

The whole process was very easy to deal with. With so many choices and times to choose the process of booking a course was pretty painless. The online modules were informative and easy to progress through. The practical part of the course was quite enjoyable and informative. After doing twenty years of First Aid Courses I even learnt something new. The trainer was pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this business.
