Critical:Professionalism
Steve is the most unprofessional business owner we have ever dealt with! I cant see how he has a business after the texts and phone calls we had with him requesting repair! He is the rudest, most unprofessional business owner! He needs a course in customer service/anger management. NEVER would recommend working with this individual.

He seemed very guarded about his services but I explained to him that I was just wanting to know what type gravel they used. He said it all depended on the job and color the customers wanted. I asked if they sold the gravel and he said he's not a supplier. I then asked where in particular they get their gravel and he said they had many
