But the guy at daisy just stopped what he was doing and sorted my issue basically straight away

Daisy Dry Cleaning is second to none in delivery of service. Paul, Heather, Zach & John are a great team who always go the extra distance to wash our many bags of towels, in the minimum of time for our clients at Fitness Fever Personal Training in St.Kilda East. We couldn’t do without them & neither should you.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Picked a dress up and not only was the original mark still on it but 5 new black pen marks had appeared! They put it back in for another go and when I picked it up the second time nothing had changed - I picked it up a third time and some marks were gone but 2 of the black pen marks were still on it. Not only did I end up with a dress that was dirtier then when I put it in but I was yelled at by the woman who works there. I've never experience such bad customer service. I paid $30 for the original clean, haven't been given a refund and have been yelled at by staff

Absolute top of the line service, 5 stars no doubt!
I could not believe how beautifully pressed my clothing looked when I came in to pick up, and without that horrible nasty smell I always get when I pick up my clothes from other dry cleaners!
I would recommend this place to everybody I know,
you're contributing to a business that is 100% all about being environmentally free and is carbon neutral!
If only other industries could be like that.

I've been looking for a Dry Cleaners for such a long time that deliver outstanding results and friendly customer service, if you too are in the same boat Daisy H20 Dry Cleaning has you covered! I visited the store for the first time two weeks ago and asked for a one hour service and they promised and delivered! Not only was I impressed with how they handled the situation, my suit looked better then when I first brought it! Couldn't suggest a better Dry Cleaners to anyone, knowing that you're precious clothing is in good hands and also knowing that having the luxury of your clothes

Daisy H2...Um No! I won't be going here again. The staff are rude and not accommodating at all. I took two garments in to be dry-cleaned, one was a silk shirt with beading of which I was warned of the detail & effects of dry-cleaning (understandable) but the other was a buttoned cotton blazer of which they lost 3 buttons through the process. Firstly they made no mention of the buttons when I picked up & payed for the garments. Then they tried to tell me that the buttons had fallen off before handing over the jacket and when they finally agreed to sow them back on they were prepared
