Very often the name of the clinic that you have been attending remains the same but is sold to a corporate with the principal dentist becoming an employee of the corporate.
We are not a shopfront for a corporate. Whatever profits are made at our clinic, stay right here in Adelaide & are spent here, in fact even more so locally as Dr Zielinski lives in the area. Spending local is good for the local economy. Corporates are often based interstate & some are even foreign, so the profits are unlikely to stay here.
