Understanding the nature of online ordering, and that many customers are organising last minute gifts, The Complete Basketcase team have become renowned for their outstanding service and the efficiency in which they organise gifts to be delivered.
We started our business in 2000 at home in the Blue Mountains of NSW. As we grew, our team moved into a warehouse in Penrith in 2003 and then opened a shop in Melbourne in 2005. After a jammed packed 17 years of shipping gifts out of both locations, we have decided to consolidate in Melbourne. We are currently working from a warehouse in Kensington, Victoria which enables us to fulfil large corporate orders.
