RAPS Diving Club (Redlands Amateur Platform & Springboard) was established by Natalie Billiard (nee Smith) in 1997. RAPS is proudly the longest affiliated Diving Club registered with Diving Queensland. We have produced many State, National and International medalists and have had divers awarded "Diver of the Year" in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
