Your Trusted Family Doctors in Erina
Your Family Doctors has been serving the Central Coast community for over 20 years, evolving from the Erina Womans Care and Family Practice founded by Dr Elvira Bardon. Our practice is built on the traditional values of comprehensive, family-centred care, adapting to meet modern healthcare needs while maintaining a commitment to quality and accessibility. With a collaborative team of experienced GPs, nurses, and support staff, we provide individualised care across all life stages, from paediatrics to geriatrics. Our services span preventative health, chronic disease management, antenatal care, mental health support, and minor surgical procedures, delivered in a welcoming environment designed to make visits as comfortable as possible.

We prioritise continuity of care through team-based approaches, supported by advanced practice management systems and ongoing professional development. Accredited as a GP training practice, we actively contribute to medical education while maintaining strong partnerships with local hospitals and specialists. Our expanded facilities now offer enhanced accessibility, including online booking systems and after-hours services through Bridges GP clinics, ensuring comprehensive care remains available when patients need it most.

Services
Womens Health
Our comprehensive women's health services include well-women checks, pap smears, breast examinations, contraception advice, preconception counselling, and menopause management. We provide sexual health screenings and maintain close partnerships with local obstetricians for antenatal shared care. Our experienced GPs offer continuity of care through all life stages, with additional expertise in reproductive health and chronic disease management specific to women.
Mens Health
We address men's unique health needs through preventative check-ups, prostate health assessments, and lifestyle counselling. Our male health checks focus on early detection of cardiovascular risks, diabetes, and mental health concerns. Doctors provide confidential consultations about sexual health, erectile dysfunction, and andropause management, creating comfortable environments for men who may be reluctant to seek medical attention.
Child Health
Our child health services cover immunisations according to national schedules, developmental assessments, and acute illness management. Nurses administer childhood vaccines while doctors conduct pre-vaccination consultations. We provide newborn checks, 6-week postnatal visits, and ongoing monitoring of growth and development, with special attention to early intervention for any identified concerns.
Travel Vaccinations
The travel clinic offers destination-specific immunisation advice and administration. Patients should present travel itineraries for risk assessment at least six weeks before departure. Services include yellow fever vaccinations, routine boosters, and country-specific disease prevention planning, with documentation provided for international travel requirements.
Skin Checks
Skin cancer checks involve full-body examinations by experienced GPs with additional training in dermatology. We recommend biennial checks for average-risk patients and more frequent monitoring for high-risk individuals. The practice manages common skin lesions and performs minor excisions, with referral pathways for complex cases requiring specialist intervention.

Always booked out and never available for appointments. My partner and I are young renters and cant afford the fee for appointments and they wanted him to pay a $30 fee to send his files to a bulk bill doctor. Outrageous. No empathy or understanding. worst doctors ever always running 45 minutes late. Worst practice on the coast. Dont go here :)
