We create individually tailored sessions to support you throughout every stage of your reproductive and general health. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine treatments combined with diet and lifestyle counselling can be integral in bringing your body into optimal health by addressing the underlying causes of illnesses as well as the symptoms.

The menstrual cycle is one main indicator of how a woman's body is functioning, and can, therefore, reflect the health of her reproductive organs, hormonal levels and overall wellbeing. We observe a broad range of concerns with many of our clients and can provide support to help with many common and uncommon female health issues.
Children's Health

Using traditional practices and techniques, we aim to support overall health, wellbeing, vitality and immunity. We use a gentle, non-needle method similar to acupressure for children to stimulate acupoints and meridians using rubbing, tapping and pressing methods on the surface of the body. No needles are used and children generally find the treatment very relaxing and fun, as no pain or discomfort is felt.
