Cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in: a $10 cancellation fee will apply and any deposit paid will be returned, less fee. Within 7 days but up to 48 hrs prior to your check-in time: a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from monies paid and remainder returned. Within 48Hrs of your check-in time; a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay Edge of the Forest Motel the full amount of your booking.

These air-conditioned rooms are 23m2 with 1 King & 1 Single Bed, 40 inch Smart TV, small table & 2 chairs, Kitchenette with Bar Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Tea & Coffee.
