Based in NSW, Victoria and the ACT, The Disability Trust is committed to providing highly professional care and support to people with disabilities and their families. The Disability Trust has its roots firmly in the community, and in recent years we have grown substantially, and now have approximately 1700 permanent and casual staff providing care for more than 4000 clients.

Our Support Coordination staff are skilled at working with you to help you find and choose providers, linking you to the best value and quality services available. Through our Support Coordination services The Disability Trust helps you achieve your goals and ensures your services are delivering the outcomes that you need.
Health & Fitness

Fitness 4 All provides the opportunity for you to get fit and healthy in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will be able to exercise at their own pace under the guidance of qualified Personal Trainers. Participants will also have access to specialist Exercise Physiologists and a fully-equipped gym.
Therapy Services & Clinical Support

Trusted Clinical Services supports people with disability to improve their quality of life through a range of therapeutic support services that bring about positive change. Following a recent merger, The Disability Trust is now providing Early Intervention Services to children of all ages and their families.
Supported Independent Living & Accommodation

The Disability Trust supports people with disabilities to live in a diverse range of shared independent living arrangements in NSW and the ACT. Our supported living arrangements offer our residents quality accessible homes that cater to the individual support needs of people with a range of disabilities, with between two and five residents per home.
