Services
Psychological Assessment
Our psychological assessments provide comprehensive insights into cognitive, emotional, and behavioural health. Using standardised tools like WISC and WAIS, we diagnose conditions such as ADHD, autism, and learning disorders. Tailored reports guide treatment plans for medico-legal, adoption, or immigration purposes. Clients receive clear, actionable recommendations to support personal and professional development.
Child Psychologists
Specialised care for children with anxiety, developmental disorders, and behavioural challenges. Our endorsed psychologists use play therapy and family collaboration to address externalising and internalising disorders. Evidence-based interventions target social skills, emotional regulation, and academic support to foster healthy development in a nurturing environment.
Trauma Counselling
We address trauma and complex PTSD through trauma-focused CBT and EMDR. Therapists help clients process distressing memories, rebuild emotional regulation, and restore relationships. Safety planning and grounding techniques empower individuals to manage flashbacks and dissociation, promoting long-term recovery and post-traumatic growth.
Anxiety Treatment
Our anxiety programs combine CBT, exposure therapy, and mindfulness to reduce symptoms of GAD, OCD, and phobias. Personalised strategies target avoidance behaviours and cognitive distortions, helping clients regain control over daily functioning and improve quality of life through sustainable coping mechanisms.
Depression Therapy
We treat depression using narrative therapy and behavioural activation to challenge negative thought patterns. Sessions focus on rebuilding motivation, restoring social connections, and developing self-compassion. Our holistic approach integrates lifestyle adjustments and relapse prevention strategies to support lasting emotional wellbeing.

Report
I was due to see Andrea. She called me prior to our initial appointment and we had chat about my specific requirements. She then kindly referred me to a psychologist who specializes in my specific concerns - she said she did not want to just through the motions with me for the sake of it but wanted to get me the help O really needed. I found her so honest and easy to talk to and truly appreciate the effort to get me the help that would benefit me the most.
