This taxi-cab service is very professional and well priced too. Peter is really friendly and kind, he went out of his way to help me get in and out of the car with me being on crutches. It is also easy to book on their website, I would highly recommend using this service!

This cab company has been picking up our very elderly relative and taking him to medical appointments for a couple of years. They provide an excellent, caring and professional service. They are always on time, and provide any extra help that is needed. I recommend them highly.

Left us stranded at a wedding after assuring us they’d pick us up. Rude lady on the phone. Hung up on us when we called 2 hours in advance to confirm pick up (after being told to give the driver 45 mins notice to be picked up). Wouldn’t recommend. Called another service who were more than happy to help.

I can't speak to the service of the actual drivers but the man answering phone calls today was extremely unhelpful and rude. We've decided to make other arrangements to get to our destination and back due to this. In response to your response, she never passed on a number for another service (I'm not sure where that came from seeing as they never even introduced themselves after I introduced myself) and she never asked how many passengers after I rang (which I would think would be one of the first questions for a taxi service). Sure you can just blow it all off rather than use it constructively

Brilliant service, always on time, always courteous, and most importantly always knows where they are going!! Beautiful cars too, Caprice, G6E, Statesman are the cars I have been in.
Having had taxis booked, then the driver decided to cancel that booking without telling me, I found these guys and have never looked back.
Thankfully they also accept Cabcharge which is perfect for business.
I would recommend this service to anyone and believe it or not, cheaper then a taxi!!

Exemplary service. I have used Gisborne Cab Co. on multiple occasions now and have been extremely impressed each and every time. I made an error on a booking and the driver was completely understanding. The fares are very reasonable (and cheaper than local taxi services). I give this company my highest possible recommendation.

A most excellent service, prompt, pleasant and professional. I have used this service 3 times and I am just about to book my fourth airport travel. All of the cars have been immaculate, the communication is excellent, the emailing of tax receipt is convenient and all of the drivers have been safe and very pleasant.

I've been using Gisborne limo's for four to five years after many frustrations with the local cab service and couldn't be happier with the switch. Over this time I've had five different drivers including Peter and always found them to be prompt, polite and professional. The cars are always clean and fresh and the drivers well presented and happy to engage with you if your interested. I travel domestically and internationally 8-10 times a year and now won't go anywhere else. When you're on a good thing........
