Not organised, does not tell me what's going on with the therapies for my daughter, one of them only had one session with my daughter and never showed up to the other sessions that my daughter was supposed to have with her. Tried to contact both of the therapist and didn't even bother answering their phones, return phone, text and emails until month's later and it was only one of them . Then I did not hear from them again for months I rang and made a complaint but they did nothing. Then I recently called them and found out that my daughter was on the waiting list again . She only just started her

I worked here for several years. Challenging and rewarding, but micromanaging by team leaders can be quite unnerving. Management forget to compliment but are quick to criticise. Have to have your wits about you on the job, but generally a wholesome company.
