Initially everything went ok but sadly as one gets every now and then i received an invoice substantially higher than the verbal quote. When i disputed it, i was simply told that the verbal quote was incorrect. Quite helpful AFTER the work had been completed. Then I was threatened with Debt Collectors and an illegal 20% hike in the disputed amount if i didn't pay. I'd stay well clear. Wish i had of chosen one of the multitude of others available on Google. Just saw their response and it made me laugh. They didn't do the job at all. It was still broken when they left. Very happy with prompt and efficient service. This was until I received the invoice. Charged for two technicians for an hour each. This was unaware for me as one was a young lad that mainly just stood around for most of the hour work. Job was to locate and replace valve two. I was also not inform two people will be coming out to do this job

Similar experience to the other review on here, agreed on an install price then when the invoice came through it was more than agreed. When I questioned them they just said the other part didn't fit, well I wasn't contacted prior to the work being done so I received advice from Consumer Protection. They said no work can be done without prior notice so only pay the agreed price. TLC were not happy with me but that's fine. Definitely would not recommend!
