Skylights
Our skylights transform dark spaces into naturally lit areas using advanced tubular and conventional designs. We supply and install Sky Tunnel, Velux, and Keylite products that meet Australian Standards. These systems reduce energy costs by minimising reliance on artificial lighting while enhancing indoor ambiance.
Ventilation Systems
Commercial and residential ventilation systems combat heat buildup and moisture issues. Our range includes solar-powered Green-Vent fans, Hurricane turbines, and hybrid Ecopower units. These solutions lower cooling costs by up to 30% while preventing mould through effective air exchange.
Attic Ladders
Keylite attic ladders provide safe, insulated access to roof spaces. Our installations include thermal breaks and weather seals to maintain energy efficiency. Available in various sizes, these ladders suit residential and commercial properties with flat or pitched roofs.
Roof Windows
VELUX and Atlite roof windows combine natural light with ventilation. We offer manual and electric openable models with optional blockout blinds. These products comply with AS/NZS 4420 standards for water resistance and structural integrity.
Replacement Parts
We supply certified replacement components for all major skylight and ventilation brands. This includes seals, motors, flashings, and diffusers. Our parts ensure continued performance of existing systems while maintaining warranty validity.

Shocking service, waited 2 weeks for someone to come out to my property to give a quote however, from the moment the sales person arrived he made me feel like he did not want to be there & would not listen to what I was asking for and just kept trying to sell me electric sky lights. 10 days later I still have not received any quotes or heard from the company . Funny how the moment I posted this review the next day the company keeps calling me regarding the quote.

From quote to install, Calidad team was great. Rod gave good advice and was able to install within a short time frame. A little problem came up upon install with electrical cables. Rod answered my text straight away despite being outside working hours and he was onsite early morning the very next day to help us solve the problem. This is what good customer service is about.

Was delighted with Calidads service from top to toe! From tDiane, who did all the admin and follow ups, Rod who came to do the quote and Mark, who did a brilliant installation with care, and even straightened my roof tiles in the area which were sitting badly! Calidad was able to aesthetically position and install a very effective skylight where I was previously told (by another company) was impossible. It has made a huge difference to a very dark central passageway. I highly recommend their service!

Great service to get the sale but unfortunately that's where it ended. Have been waiting 4 weeks for windows that i was told were at worst 10 days. I called different people of 5 separate occasions and was promised a call back that never happened. The latest where i requested the order number for Velux to allow me to contact them direct at which point i was hung up on saying she was too busy. My roof is now waiting for skylights that i have no idea when will arrive, with Calidad simply not returning calls or providing answers. Use this company at your own risk.
