Our company supplies all owners' direct access to our system, so you can access your records 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our system also has an access point for tenants, where they can see all their payments and any outstanding monies. We also email tenants their receipts every time they make a payment, showing them, where they are paid up to, and also, any outstanding monies owed if any.

I can make this transition extremely simple, with giving your current agent the required notice, sending them a request for the required documentation before the changeover date and then arrange collection of such information on the hand over day along with the keys.
