We have been using this dry cleaner for a few years now and the success rate of the machine out the front is about 25-30% too many times we have gone to pick our dry cleaning up afterhours and the computer has let us down. Either our clothes get stuck or the machine just doesn't move. For something that is supposed to be convenient it's very inconvenient to come back the next day and pick up.

Worst customer service at the counter by the only lady from the backroom. She shown no emotion apart from negativity (very pissed off tone in the morning), "This won't be ready till later, I can't tell when because we don't do dry clean onsite anymore, all send off to anther company, maybe 3pm, 4pm or 5pm, no guarantee".
Then, she gave us the wrong garments upon pick up, wouldn't stay a minute longer to get them swapped (that was her mistake to begin with).
And the price has gone up, a suit (work jacket & pants) was $32.
Wish I could give no star at all.

In all other respects a perfectly decent dry cleaner, however on two occasions now they have run off with my trousers, never to be seen again. I now have two sets of suit jackets which can only really come into use when doing my doogie howzer routine in my underpants.
Aside from that the service provided by the Marryatville dry cleaner is of high quality, prompt and moderately priced. In addition to dry cleaning, mending and alteration services are also provided, the cost of which is also reasonable.
