I used to go to dermotique skin and laser abit when i was younger, i wish i saw the red flags than. I got a dual yellow laser treatment done, and she held it on this little scar i had on my cheeck for too long, and left a deeper scar than the previous one, it looks like a chicken pox scar. When i used to go their, i kinda felt she was rushing me and just wanted my money, i spent so much money their, i regret it. There is more, but i won't go on to much as i have proven my point. I understand we are imperfect and all make mistakes, but i do feel a little taken advantage off.

Today I went Dermotique to get some information and price on hair removal, the reception girl was not warm and welcoming at all, as soon as I wanted to ask my question she said $55 for 50 minutes consultation! I asked for a price but she mentioned its included in the consultation!!! well I don't care if its 50 minutes consultation or a 50 hour consultation and I don't care if it can be redeemed on the first session, I asked 2 simple questions that require 2 simple answers! please stop selling consultation and start selling your service like else where, I was going to actually book my appointment
