We're open Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, Saturday 6am-1pm, and closed on Sundays. Our Butcher-To-Boot service operates during these same hours for convenient collection.
Can I order meats for Christmas?
Yes, we offer pre-ordered Christmas meats with designated pickup times. Our award-winning hams, turkeys, and curated hampers require a $50 deposit and must be collected by 11am on 24th December.

LOVE this butcher. Meat is fresh & top quality & cooked on our weber is superb 👌 Their bacon is addictive. Customer service is second to none, always a friendly face & happy to help. I don't go to Cairns… often, usually only once a month & make a special trip in just to go to these guys. The family packs are such great value, I can feed my family of 4 for $50 a week. Online ordering system is super convenient too! You guys are awesome 😁

Everyone who walks in is treated like family. Have you got a weird/fancy recipe? No question is dumb or weird and you wont be laughed at for asking. Truly great at what they do- lots of their own home grown meat, a huge range of specialty meat and extras (and will source anything you ask for), and the best service of any shop Ive ever been in in my entire life! A Cairns institution.
