Monica has been practising yoga since the 90s both in Australia and overseas. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, she moved to Geelong in 1994 following a few years of travelling. Monica's teaching style is nurturing and caring. Monica guides her students into the asanas (postures), while teaching and firmly believing that yoga is a non-judgemental, physical and spiritual practice where you tune into and connect with your whole body and breath.
