Here at Hartig Yoga, we have two outstanding yoga locations in Palm Cove for our yoga classes. After the class finished, I sat on the beach in one of the worlds most beautiful locations feeling totally relaxed and alive. Unforgettable, amazing experience! One of our yoga locations in Palm Cove is the beachfront in front of the Alamanda Resort, which can be found at the very south end of the Palm Cove Esplanade.

Beth teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa and Meditation and has been a Palm Cove yoga teacher since 2014. I also love to practice pranayama (breathing exercises) and I try to incorporate them into my classes often. Yoga has impacted my life in many beautiful ways. It has given me increased physical strength and flexibility and body awareness.

A yoga mat is an important tool for your yoga practice. Your mat should provide support, cushioning and a non slip surface for your hands and feet. And most importantly, your mat should be eco-friendly! These are the reason we supply mats and props from Yoga Design Lab- they tick all of the boxes!
