Can't fault service, our pool has been in hibernation for 18 months due to a crack which is now repaired. They have been very helpful with advice and testing the water to get back to crystal clear. Thanks

Awful company with no sense of customer service. After allegedly fixing our pump we were having the same problem and called back. I waited for hours one day after being told someone would be around after 2 but no one showed and I wasn't contacted. Days later I wake to a strange man in my back yard, who tells me he's picking up the pump and will bring it back fixed that afternoon. I called at 4 as no one had shown and spoke to the owner. He was chauvinistic, rude and spoke over me, disregarding my concerns about strange men coming around unannounced and the lack of communication. The day after I
