Trusted Childcare & Early Learning in Australia
Goodstart Early Learning was founded in 2009 with a vision to provide Australian children with access to quality early learning. As Australia's largest provider of early learning and care, we operate over 650 centres nationwide, reinvesting all surplus into improving our services, programs, and staff. Our educators receive above-award wages, and our low staff turnover ensures safer environments and better child outcomes. We prioritise inclusivity, offering support for children in remote communities and those with additional needs. Our evidence-based programs create stimulating, age-appropriate learning environments that foster exploration and confidence.

We adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, maintaining current first-aid qualifications and comprehensive child safety policies. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we advocate for high-quality early learning and partner with communities to address disadvantage. Our commitment to research informs best practices in early childhood education, while our sponsorship initiatives strengthen community ties. We embrace diversity and champion the rights of children and families at risk of being marginalised. Our mission remains focused on laying foundations for better lives through exceptional early learning experiences.

Our kindergarten programs prepare children for school success through structured learning experiences aligned with national standards. Qualified teachers implement play-based curricula focusing on language development, problem-solving, and social skills. Sessions operate 15+ hours weekly with flexible attendance options to suit family needs across 650+ accessible locations.

Our family engagement programs foster collaborative relationships between educators and caregivers. Regular progress updates, home learning resources, and parenting workshops support continuity between centre and home environments. We offer culturally responsive communication strategies and community connection opportunities to enhance child development outcomes.
