I've sent several Facebook messages, booking requests, emails and a Facebook comment over the past week and have yet to receive a single response, despite the website promising a 1 business day turn around for a response. I will change my review if the company actually gets back to me and agrees to the job, but until then, I'd stay away and pick someone reliable.

With a sick dog taking toxic meds for over 4 years and a puppy who took a while to toilet train, my wool carpets were in a bad way. I'd tried other franchise carpet cleaners and used the machine & chemicals from my local supermarket. But, within a few days, both the stains and smell were back.
Leigh & Kura spent an entire day treating every spot and applying multiple treatments. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and hard working and the end result is excellent. The smell has gone and old stains are significantly lighter. Best of all, the carpet is lovely and soft to walk on again.
