Car was very reasonably priced- were up front about fee as applicable- and when to my and their shock - 6 hours after leaving the yard the gear selector bolt broke on the car (common problem for car of its age) they assisted with the tow to get it back to them- got it fixed at their costs and made sure the car was fine before I left with it again 2 days later.
