A couple of weeks ago, I called to book a dive for my mum and me. I explained that my mother had Diabetes and that she was not on medication for it. I knew that this could potentially be an issue and was cautious. However, I was advised that this was going to be ok as this was controlled through diet and exercise. When I arrived at Exmouth Dive and Whaleshark Ningaloo, I was told that the rules changed and that my mother could no longer participate. I was extremely disappointed and upset as there was zero communication to me about this in the lead up. I would have appreciated if this was stated

This was a very negative experience for the both of us. I booked a dive experience for my wife and myself. They provided faulty equipment where the BCD was defective and the mask was leaking. My wife and I have done several dives together before and we would not recommend anyone to choose this dive tour especially if you prioritise your safety and well being. Defective equipment when it comes to diving very scary. I am just glad that nobody was harmed on the day.

Went on a snorkeling tour and can honestly say we were fortunate enough to have a fantastic crew made up of Captain Geoff and our instructors were Esta, Lynn, Jenny and Ido. They were knowledgeable about the area and conditions of the water. They were patient with the children and adults alike. We were taken to the islands and we did 2 snorkeling tours and could have done a third however we were given the option of looking for whales and we were not disappointed we saw whales breaching it was phenomenal!! Cannot recommend these guys enough. The food supplied on the boat was fresh and delicious

Fantastic experience! Professional, and enthusiastic crew. They give very clear and simple directions, and can assist us if we need help. I got very seasick, and the staff took really good care of me. It is also obvious they care about respecting wildlife, and educating people. We got to swim with a whaleshark multiple times, and had the opportunity to snorkel twice. Also had a yummy vegan sandwich for lunch Very pleased with the whole day. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute disgraceful customer service towards its paying customers. Was left stood with 10 others outside our campground awaiting pick up for 40 minutes after the arranged pick up time to receive an email from the company literally just saying 'unfortunately tour is cancelled, money will be refunded' with no apology or any form of communication prior. When i called to ask about an email confirming my refund i was told 'if all 60 of you stopped calling i would have chance to send the emails out confirming the cancellation'

We did the deluxe whale shark cruise and snorkel yesterday - it was simply amazing ! Dont let the price turn you off, once youre on the cruise youll appreciate why its priced the way it is. All gear is supplied, including morning tea, lunch, and fruit with beer/champagne on the way back. The crew were incredible, they worked like a well oiled machine, everything felt very safe. We did an introductory snorkel in the inner reef to make sure everyones gear was the right size, before heading outside the reef for the whale shark snorkels. Lots of instructions to make sure everyone knew
