We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish at this dentist. They were so patient and kind with both kids and there were not tears from either. 100% recommend if your looking for a place for nervous kids!

I moved to Newcastle 2 years ago and I have struggled to find a good dentist in town. I had a bad tooth ache and early one morning googled and found Newcastle City Dental with online booking and an available emergency appointment. Mark and his team were so lovely and helpful and got me back out of pain. I wont go anywhere else now. I have found my local dentist!

I took my son and daughter to see Dr Mark Williams recently. He would take the time and care to engage with the kids to make them feel less anxious about the check up. Throughout the examination, he would explain what he had found to me in details so I can get an understanding of my kids' oral health and what I can do to help them to look after their teeth. I have also booked myself in for a visit after that. Mark and his team are very professional not only do they look after their patients' oral health, and educate them, but making the experience a very relaxed and enjoyable one. At the end of

Dr Mark Williams and his team are professional and caring at all times. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Booking an appointment is easy. They are transparent with financial commitments associated with appointments. Going to the dentist has always been an anxiety provoking experience for me.
