One of the nicest courses I've played. Green staff should be paid more. The greens and fairways are in excellent condition. Bunkers were all under repair the day I played which highlights how well maintained the course is.

Beautiful 18 hole championship golf course open to public. Fairways wrapping around Yeppen lagoon and internal lakes, bordered by stands of mature trees and gardens. Abundant birdlife - swans, pelicans, wading birds, water hens, ducks, black and sulphur-crested cockatoos and corellas to name a few. Enjoy a round of golf in peaceful natural setting. Motorised carts or push buggies for hire. Lessons available from on-site pro. Range of golf clothing, clubs and accessories for sale at Pro Shop. Modern bar facilities. Keno and pokies. Fabulous, friendly staff. Great wedding venue.

I am writing my review based on venue hire for my wedding. I cannot recommend the Rockhampton Golf Club enough! Karen is spectacular and the help she provided to us leading up to the day was second to none, i owe her a great debt of gratitude for assisting us with not only the venue hire but providing assistance with the time-frame of the day and the menu. We had our ceremony on the launch pad overlooking the dam and the reception in the courtyard. The area is absolutely divine, it's the most peaceful, beautiful spot and the photos turned out so well. There is loads of space to roam for photos
