I checked the refrigerant levels and found that the unit has refrigerant. I looked at the remote controller and realised the unit is set to fan only mode, I changed the remote controller mode setting to cooling and the unit started blowing out cold air. Carried out a maintenance on the unit and everything was working fine.

Accent Air previously manufactured air conditioning units for the Australian market. They were then sold to Rheem Thermal. They have now closed the air conditioning side of the business to focus on all their other products.
