When I picked up my dog I was transferring funds to my card and some little little girl who looked like she could have basically just left school said: a woman would have that organised already. I am 50 this girl was about 15 and I was with my young 11 yr old daughter, i found the exchange to be very rude, unprofessional and uncalled for. My daughter wasnt impressed either and it was obvious they have a problem with men, I wont be back. I will go somewhere next time that is not gender biased

Once I finally got through to their phone, I took my Maltese shihtzu to get a full body hair cut. Once I picked her up I was left feeling very judged and not impressed of the poor quality of customer service I was given as a paying customer. I found the lady rude and judgemental. Mind you my dog is a beautiful well behaved dog who is very well groomed and looked after at home. Their customer service is just unprofessional and they have very snobby and up themselves. Even tho you can never get through to them I HIGHLY suggest go else where! Find local and support local businesses. Definitely lost

An incredible Salon run by one of Australia's best groomers. I would highly recommend both Prue and Caitlin from Woof the Original to anyone looking for an extra special groomer. These ladies have a wealth of knowledge, take pride in quality work and do incredible creative grooms! This place is one in a million, such an awesome display of our industry.
