Originally established near the sea in Cottesloe, the club relocated to its current Swanbourne site in 1931, where volunteers carved an 18-hole course from scrub and sand hills. Over the decades, we have hosted prestigious events like the Amateur Golf Championships of Australia and the WA Open Championship, cementing our reputation as a premier golfing destination. Our two-storey clubhouse offers unparalleled views of the ocean and city, providing members and guests with a first-class experience. The course itself has undergone significant enhancements, including a master plan developed by renowned golfer Graham Marsh to ensure it remains one of the finest tests of golf in the state.

We went for the Fathers day set menu and we were pleasantly surprised by the food. Both courses were excellent, as was the service. They were very accommodating to the one vegetarian on the table, who also enjoyed their meal.

There are not many golfing experiences in Western Australia that come close to Cottesloe GC, its pristine condition, natural beauty and sweeping undulations make it a round to remember. Play it around sunset for the most spectacular views in the closing holes!
