The park is situated on 5 acres of natural bushland at the base of Mt Cook. The sites are shady and a variety of native wildlife call the park home. Fish the outer reef for its legendary black marlin; the inner reef for coral trout, red emperor, mackerel and tuna or chase those legendary barramundi!

These sites have power and water on individual sites and suit Caravans and Camper Trailers. To avoid disappointment, during peak season it is advisable to call on 0740695536 to make a booking. These sites are suitable for larger Caravans, Motorhomes and 5th wheelers. Power & Water.

Cooktown is located north of the Daintree National Park and south of the aboriginal reserve of Hope Vale. The Endeavor River puts Cooktown in a unique position where it will be always surrounded by unspoiled nature. Town history dates way back to James Cook and the early exploration days, through the gold rush period, to today where tourism and primary industry across Cape York are the main sources of income.
