Neighbour used WD Surveys to survey a dividing fence line. Neighbour had a second boundary surveyed and wanted half payment. Phoned in morning and left message. Nobody returned call so had to call again in afternoon (never a good sign). Asked for a price on just the dividing fence. They said they did not get involved in neighbour diputes. I said I simply wanted a price on just the dividing fence line.
They gave a verbal lower price which I asked to be put in writing so I had something firm when dealing with the neighbour over payment. They said they would think about it but didn't ask for an email
