Did a great job on our border collie but every time we go (approx 6 months) the price goes up every time. Location convenient and dog looks and smells great (which is great for a boisterous outdoor dog)

I took my Springer spaniel in recently only to pick him up with bloodied ears from the cuts from the clippers. I have taken him to Hairy hounds in Hastings for years for the exact same thing and never had this with them ever! And they charge $110 not $140 like this place. First and last time for sure

Dianne and her team always do a great job looking after our cavoodle and keep her looking beautiful. When she got fleas recently, they even did a special treatment and gave us really helpful advice on how to treat them.

We took our long hair chiahwaha and Pomeranian X to get them both washed and groomed. We were met with a professional, friendly and enthusiastic lady who took the time to explain the procedure as we were new customers.. Social distancing, along with responsible protocols and hand sanitiser upon entry was much appreciated. The staff genuinely care and that resonates through their professionalism and the final result with the pooches. Both dogs look amazing and we have scheduled them in for their next trim, as we are so happy with the way they were treated and the end result speaks for itself.

The team here are amazing what they do. We took our old girl here today and left very impressed. She had an all over groom, wash, trim... the works. Very professional, great customer service and they treat all the dogs like their own.. our dog had such a ball she didn't want leave haha. Thank you again for the great service, we will see you next time.
