Buyer Beware! Purchased a brand new oven. Not cheap! But we wanted some specific features! Only for the oven to arrive without it. Their brochures and specifications were false and misleading. No grey areas, all clearly outlined. They have admitted the fault in advertising and instead of fixing, they are trying to up-sell to higher spec. Unheard of for a company this profile and size (those tricks usually reserved for small and flea-market handlers)! Please be aware and physically inspect prior purchasing.
