Introduced through the Govt business mentoring program when we were forced to change strategic direction due to COVID. We enjoyed the regular calls and unsurprisingly they have resulted in productive action, a clear set of values and a plan. One KPI I watch closely is online store sessions. Check this out.. a 2 month +185+197%, nearly a 4 fold increase in online sessions and cart abandon conversion rising from 2 to 7%. Thats why we're busy.Thanks for pushing kindly Roy and Matt.
