Persian Rug Cleaning
Our Persian rug cleaning service employs advanced techniques specifically designed for delicate fibres and vegetable dyes. Using pH-correct solutions and specialist equipment, we safely remove embedded dirt while preserving colour integrity. The process includes fringe cleaning, odour encapsulation, and final inspection to restore antique and modern Persian rugs to their original condition.
Wool Rug Deep Clean
This comprehensive wool rug cleaning utilises a 12-step process developed through extensive research. Starting with dye-setting and pre-spotting, we progress to full submersion cleaning followed by pH correction. The service ensures thorough soil removal while maintaining wool fibre structure, finishing with deodorisation and air-drying in controlled conditions.
Pet Stain Removal
Our pet response service addresses urine, vomit and faecal contamination using enzymatic cleaners that break down organic matter at a molecular level. The process eliminates odours permanently while restoring fibre integrity. We employ moisture detection equipment to ensure complete drying and prevent secondary damage.
Commercial Rug Cleaning
Designed for corporate environments, this service offers minimal disruption through scheduled visits and rapid turnaround. Our technicians handle high-traffic areas using industrial-grade equipment while maintaining Woolsafe standards. The process includes pre-treatment of high-soil zones and post-cleaning sanitisation to meet workplace health and safety requirements.
Fire Damage Restoration
This specialist service addresses smoke, soot and water damage from fire incidents. Using thermal imaging and moisture mapping, we assess damage extent before implementing targeted cleaning. The process combines dry-cleaning techniques with odour neutralisation to restore rugs affected by combustion residues and extinguishing agents.
