These guys were amazing! I had a bad experience with RACV where they told me my battery was fine, even though I knew it wasn't, and when I went to Hallam Automotive, they took 10 seconds to tell me I was right and it was definitely the battery. They then spent 10 minutes replacing said battery and didn't even charge for their time! They were fantastic to work with and have definitely claimed another customer! Thanks guys!

I have been a customer of Eli and the team for many years. Always gives great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently had a heap of work done on 2 of my cars, and I can't fault them. Eric has looked after me in recent times, helping me with an engine swap. Lovely fella, always gives great advice (even though sometimes I don't take it )

Hard to come across honest and helpful mechanics these days, but these guys tick all the boxes. Honest, upfront, helpful, quality service and work done, and customer service is outstanding. Been coming here for years (first time was for RWC) and they've always been on their A game from the start. I'll continue to go there for any of my vehicle needs with that kind of service.

Hands down, the best and most reliable mechanic in town! Always got my Aurion of 15 years regularly serviced, maintained and roadied with them from date of purchase. Never encountered any issues or problems with the vehicle. Even for any repairs, they never did overcharge or suggested me to change parts that are not meant to be changed yet. Trustworthy, reasonable price, friendly staff, exceptional service and willingness to negotiate are the key aspects as per why Ill always trust my cars with them.

Took my car to 6 different mechanics for 3 different lights flashing on my dashboard yet it was pouring money down the drain with no help. Hallam Road Automotive diagnosed and fixed it in 4 hours. Needed to get my roadworthy done but couldn’t get in till next week. Looked up some local mechanics, read reviews and came across Hallam Road Automotives. Rang them and Elie picked up. Asked him whether he had some free spots today to bring my Honda down, especially being a Saturday, he without hesitation said yes come down right away.
When I came in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The workshop is amazing, very modern, clean and professional. They took my car in and did the RWC in a promptly and professional manner.

Hallam Road Automotive came highly recommended for road worthy certificates, and I was very delighted to meet the team today. Very friendly, effecient service and no issues at all. Cost effective, $180 cheaper than other quotes I got. Highly recommend these guys, you won't regret going here for any of their services.

I think they rip off and their RW, they charge me $210 and a fail. They only check car for less than an hour and comes $210, fail front tyre and seatbelt and something underneath the car. Came home and check, nothing was wrong with the seat belt. They estimated price to fix $1800 something lol...please check your price as we all needs to survive and stop ripping off people, not recommend

I took my car to BMW and was so disappointed. I needed my boot released fixed, my car serviced and other bits and pieces. They came back with a $3000 bill. I ended up taking it to Hallam Road Automotive to get all the work done and I was so happy that it was less than half of a BMW was going to charge.
