Ive framed multiple pieces at the framing depot. Always super happy with the finished product. One time I noticed the print wasnt sitting completely flat a few weeks after I took it home. I brought it back and the owner Steve took care of it no questions asked!

The quality of the photos were great, Im not going to complain about that. The service is poor, went in on a Friday, asked for 4 photo prints, emailed them to the email they provided, they said they couldnt do framing as they were busy, they told me come anytime Monday, itll be ready. Went I went in on Monday at 3pm they had no idea who I was, when I gave them my name and told them the prints I was picking up they still had no clue, then finally the girl who helped me told me to come back in 20 minutes as she would start doing them now, guess they would have forgot if I didnt show up

I recently had a number of items framed here, and I failed to get his name. But the staff member who helped me out (light haired guy) was just amazing. He picked frame and matting colours that make the maps and images just pop. Great work!

I took a picture to be framed at The Framing Depot. It was supposed to be ready after 6 weeks. After 5 weeks I called to ensure it would be ready which they told me it would be. I went to pick up the picture after 6 weeks and no one had touched the picture. There was no explanation and the owner, Steve (I think ), would not even come out to talk to me to explain what had happened. I would never go back there due to the total disrespect they showed me. I would not recommend them at all.

Nice atmosphere and work space, conducive to framing art. Great staff, went the extra mile and they know their stock. Offered great suggestions that were helpful.
