Urgent- We will try to see you at anytime during the day if it is urgent (eg chest pain, breathing difficulties, allergic reactions, injuries which have just happened). Please phone 6457 1221 between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am - 12.00pm to make an appointment. If you require an appointment to complete paperwork, a medical or some other complicated matter please inform our reception staff at the time of booking so adequate time can be allocated.

Bookings are preferred but we do set time apart for urgent matters, so if necessary, you will be seen on the day. Our nurse is able to provide telephone triage if you are unsure of the urgency of your need. Our doctors do not discuss clinical matters over e mail; if you wish to speak to any of our clinical staff, please leave a message with reception and your call will be returned within 48 hours.
