Needed to buy a walker. The assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We ended up with a very usable walker for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with Jim and his team. We were charged for delivery and set up but chairs were just delivered. We attempted to set up ourselves but no good. We had Jim arrange to have someone come and set them up and then the back of one of the chairs still fell off. When i called Jim to inform him of this he quickly accused my father of unbolting the back of the chair and he wanted another service fee. I tried to explain to him that my father can’t unscrew anything as his hands don’t function and he has dementia. He then claimed thats what his people told him. In actual fact

We can only go to this shop on a Saturday since my wife works. I was dumbfounded when the shop attendant flatly refused to fit two new tyres on my wheelchair. He was really unhelpful and rude. I wont be heading back there anytime soon Also couldnt fathom that the shop has the narrowest disabled park and no wheelchair access to the store.
