The whole process of getting our gum trees trimmed with Mark and his team was very professional. Mark provided a value for money quote which his team executed to a high degree. The friendly and thorough team completing the job were clearly very knowledgeable about their work and understood exactly how much I wanted trimmed. I highly recommend and I will use for all my arborist work going forward.

Had large Lilly Pilly removed 45 years old,sadly. Quote was given on time,work carried out efficiently,crew of 3 worked in trying conditions and cleaned up best they could. Cost half what someone else quoted(,Cherry picker,removal of clothesline,apricot tree etc.2 day job,blah blah blah, ) get back to us in 2 days,never did, would recommend Adelaide Tree Surgery,very happy.

The person doing the original quote re-scheduled several times, Actual work re-scheduled several times. Work not completed first time and they had to come back to finish the job. Work not completed second time. Sent a message to their office, no reply. $430 paid for about $100 of work done. Having to now cut down branches myself or pay for another company to attend. Terrible service, terrible work, terrible communication.

We recently purchased a new property with an enormous pepper tree in the back corner - only accessible via a tight (2.6m) wide driveway and fairly narrow back yard. We also needed maintenance pruning on a significant gum tree (easily 15m tall) and removal of a few other smaller trees. Mark arrived at the appointed time and providing a response via a professional quotation application, which was in stark contrast to several other people we had engaged to provide quotations. The work was done in an efficient manner by polite workers - the guys really know what they are doing! Despite a few weather
