If I could give this company a ZERO I would. Lack of communication, never return calls, never follow up with enquires relating to bills received from ATO. All fines and late charges we reinitiated due to this company not completing work. Then after multiple attempts to follow up to have the situation rectified, they go underground and refuse to take phone calls.

What a bad service. So unresponsive, didnt hear from them for weeks until I had to chase. Completely tick box with no advice and still got it wrong. Ended up with a surprise bill from ATO out of the blue.
